Warranty & Returns

4 Year Warranty

Motus products are covered by a 4 year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

This warranty applies to products supplied by Motus Hydraulics and covers faults that occur as a direct result of manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:
• Incorrect installation or setup
• Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by external factors including contamination, impact, or environmental conditions

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and product details. Motus Hydraulics may request photographs or inspection of the product before approving a warranty claim.

Returns

All returns must be approved by Motus Hydraulics before goods are sent back.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and supplied in the original packaging.
Custom-built, special-order, or OEM products are non-returnable unless confirmed to be faulty.
Freight costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
