All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices
exclude freight unless otherwise stated. Taxes and duties may apply depending

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product
availability. Motus reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its
discretion.

 

4. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order. Trade
accounts must comply with agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur
additional charges.

 

5. Product Use

Products must be installed and used in accordance with
manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Incorrect installation,
modification, or misuse will void warranty.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Motus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Liability is
limited to the value of the goods supplied.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, specifications, and website content
remain the property of Motus and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which
the product is supplied.
